My biggest take away from the training (which I enjoyed very much because of your expertise and upbeat presentation skills) was that I need to communicate with my people, managers and clients in the manner that they need, not in the manner that I prefer. Thanks again for presenting in a way that was educational, applicable to real life and FUN!
